We currently sell digital products only, which means no physical items are shipped.
Digital Delivery
All purchases are delivered electronically.
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you'll receive immediate access to your digital files.
You can access your downloads by:
- Clicking the download link provided on your order confirmation page.
- Using the download link sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
- Logging into your customer account (if applicable) to view your orders and downloads.
Delivery Time
Most digital products are available immediately after purchase.
In rare cases, email delivery may take a few minutes depending on your email provider.
If you don't see your download email:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Check your Promotions tab (for Gmail users).
- Search your inbox for Story Grove Learning.
- Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox.

If you're unable to access your files or experience any technical issues, we're happy to help.

We'll work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Physical Shipping
Story Grove Learning does not currently sell or ship physical products.
No shipping charges will be applied to digital purchases.
If we introduce physical products in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
