All products sold through Story Grove Learning are digital downloads.

No physical product will be shipped.

Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive immediate access to your files through Shopify.

Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

Because digital files cannot be returned after they have been downloaded, all sales are considered final.

Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds on digital purchases.

However, we want every customer to have a positive experience. If you experience any of the following:
